# 2FA

Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung

Eine Anmeldung, die neben dem Passwort einen zweiten Nachweis verlangt, etwa einen Code aus einer App oder einen Hardwareschlüssel. Bei einem Registrar schützt sie das Konto, über das die Einstellungen und Transfers einer Domain gesteuert werden. Ob sie angeboten wird und ob sie Pflicht ist, hängt vom jeweiligen Registrar ab.
