# Abmahnung

Ein förmliches Schreiben, meist von einem Anwalt, das einen Domaininhaber auffordert, die Nutzung eines Namens einzustellen und ihn oft auch herauszugeben, andernfalls drohen rechtliche Schritte. Es ist ein häufiger erster Schritt vor einer UDRP-Beschwerde. Es ist eine Forderung, keine gerichtliche Anordnung.
