# Atom (Webfeed)

Ein Webfeed-Format, das die IETF in RFC 4287 festgelegt hat und das dieselbe Aufgabe erfüllt wie RSS: Es listet die neuesten Artikel einer Website auf, damit Leser ihnen in einer App folgen können. Viele Websites bieten beide Formate an. Es ist nicht zu verwechseln mit Atom, dem Domain-Marktplatz, der früher Squadhelp hieß.
