# Breach Notice

Ein formelles Schreiben, mit dem die ICANN einem Registrar oder einer Registry mitteilt, dass ein Vertragsbruch vorliegt. Das Schreiben listet die Versäumnisse auf und setzt eine Frist zu ihrer Behebung. Die ICANN veröffentlicht diese Schreiben. Werden die Probleme nicht behoben, können Suspendierung oder Kündigung folgen.
