Community Priority Evaluation

Eine Prüfung, die ein Community-Bewerber beantragen kann, wenn andere Bewerber dieselbe Zeichenfolge wollen. Ein unabhängiges Gremium bewertet die Bewerbung anhand festgelegter Kriterien. Erreicht sie genug Punkte, gewinnt die Community-Bewerbung, und es findet keine Auktion statt.
