# Data Processing Specification

Eine optionale Ergänzung zum Registry Agreement und zum Registrar Accreditation Agreement, die festlegt, wie die ICANN und eine Registry oder ein Registrar Registrierungsdaten nach den Datenschutzgesetzen verarbeiten. Eine Contracted Party kann sie anfordern, wenn sie solche Bedingungen braucht, um das Gesetz einzuhalten. Laut ICANN ist sie kein Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag.
