# DKIM

DomainKeys Identified Mail

Ein Sicherheitsverfahren für E-Mails, bei dem das sendende System jeder Nachricht eine digitale Signatur hinzufügt. Der passende öffentliche Schlüssel wird in einem DNS-Record unter der Domain des Absenders veröffentlicht, sodass Empfänger prüfen können, ob die Nachricht wirklich von dieser Domain stammt und nicht verändert wurde.
