# Domainjahr

Eine Einheit für einen Domainnamen, der für ein Jahr registriert oder verlängert wird. Eine Registrierung über fünf Jahre zählt als fünf Domainjahre. Registry-Gebühren und die Transaktionsgebühr der ICANN werden für jedes Jahr einzeln berechnet, daher dient die Einheit zur Messung von Absatz und Kosten.
