# ICANN-Satzung

Das zentrale Regelwerk der ICANN. Die Satzung legt ihren Auftrag fest, wie der Vorstand und die Gruppen der Community arbeiten, wie Policies entstehen und wie die ICANN zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden kann. Einige Kernabschnitte lassen sich nur mit Zustimmung der Community ändern.
