# Issue Report

Das erste Dokument eines Policy-Entwicklungsprozesses der GNSO. Das Personal der ICANN verfasst es, um ein Problem zu beschreiben und festzustellen, ob es in den Auftrag der ICANN und den Zuständigkeitsbereich der GNSO fällt. Der GNSO-Rat entscheidet damit, ob ein PDP beginnt.
