Eine natürliche Person ist ein Mensch, eine juristische Person ist ein Unternehmen oder eine andere Organisation. Die DSGVO schützt die personenbezogenen Daten von Menschen, nicht Daten über Unternehmen. Die Policy der ICANN erlaubt gTLD-Registraren, beide bei der Veröffentlichung von Registrierungsdaten unterschiedlich zu behandeln, verpflichtet sie aber nicht dazu.
