Label Generation Rules

Ein formales, maschinenlesbares Regelwerk, das festlegt, welche Zeichen ein Label enthalten darf, welche Labels gültig sind und welche Varianten voneinander sind. Die Root Zone LGR der ICANN wendet dies auf Top-Level-Domains an und entscheidet, für welche IDN-TLD-Zeichenfolgen und Varianten Bewerbungen möglich sind.
