# Root-Server-System

Das gesamte System, das Anfragen zur Root-Zone beantwortet, der obersten Ebene des DNS. Seine 13 benannten Root-Server-Identitäten, mit den Buchstaben A bis M bezeichnet, werden von 12 unabhängigen Organisationen betrieben.
