# GMO-Gruppe unterstützt 56 von 61 japanischen Anträgen für .brand als neue gTLD 2026

GMO Internet Group gibt an, dass seine Tochtergesellschaften GMO Brand Security und GMO Domain Registry 56 von 61 Anträgen japanischer Unternehmen für .brand als neue gTLD in der ICANN-Runde 2026 unterstützt haben, was einem Anteil von rund 92 % entspricht. GMO Brand Security bearbeitete 53 Anträge, GMO Domain Registry 3. ICANN meldete weltweit insgesamt 1.615 Anträge für neue gTLD, darunter 333 Anträge für .brand.
