# RIPE

Réseaux IP Européens

Comunidad abierta de quienes operan redes de Internet en Europa, Oriente Medio y Asia Central o se interesan por el funcionamiento de Internet en esa región. No es lo mismo que el RIPE NCC, el registro regional de Internet que la apoya y organiza sus reuniones. Las RIPE Meetings se celebran dos veces al año, en mayo y en octubre o noviembre, y se numeran de forma correlativa, como RIPE 93.
