# 2026 · Conferència 4D

The third Conferència 4D, on democratic digitalization and digital rights, run by Accent Obert and Xnet within MozFest 2026, at Fabra i Coats in Barcelona on 29 October 2026 from 18:00 to 20:30. Free.

Conferència 4D (Digitalització Democràtica i Drets Digitals: democratic digitalization and digital rights) is a conference on digital rights run by Accent Obert, the foundation that promotes the .cat domain and was formerly called Fundació puntCAT, together with Xnet. The 2026 edition is the third, and it is held within MozFest 2026, the Mozilla Festival.

The session takes place on 29 October 2026 from 18:00 to 20:30 at Fabra i Coats, in the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona, Spain, inside the MozFest 2026 grounds, in person; it is not streamed. Its 2026 theme is mocking power to bring about change, with satire and humour as tools to question power: contributions from Every One Hates Elon and Pessimists Archive, and video contributions from The Juice Media's Honest Government Ads and El Mundo Today. The 4D Awards, which recognise actions that advance digital rights through design, are also presented. The session is held in Catalan, Spanish and English. It is free, with 200 places and prior registration.

Registration is through a form on the 4D site, which also offers registration for the three days of MozFest.
