# APNIC

Asia Pacific Network Information Centre

The regional Internet registry (RIR) for the Asia Pacific region: the nonprofit body that hands out IP addresses and network numbers there. It deals with numbers, not domain names. It holds two conferences a year, one in February or March together with APRICOT and one in September.
