# consent to publish

A registrant's choice to have contact details shown in public registration data that would otherwise be redacted. Under the Registration Data Policy, a gTLD registrar must offer this option for certain fields and publish them once the registrant agrees. Without consent, those fields stay hidden where redaction applies.
