# domain patterns

Short codes investors use to describe the shape of a name. L means a letter, N a digit, C a consonant and V a vowel. So LLL is any three-letter name, NNNN a four-digit name and CVCV a four-letter name in the order consonant, vowel, consonant, vowel. Short patterns are scarce, which supports their prices.
