# ADR (.eu)

Alternative Dispute Resolution

The out-of-court procedure for .eu domain disputes, run by the Czech Arbitration Court and WIPO. The domain must be identical or confusingly similar to a protected name, such as a trademark. Either the holder has no right or legitimate interest, or the domain was registered or is used in bad faith. Unlike the UDRP, one is enough.
