# Framework to Address Abuse

A voluntary statement first signed by a group of registries and registrars in 2019. It defines DNS abuse as malware, botnets, phishing, pharming and spam used to deliver them, and commits signatories to act on it. It also names a few kinds of website content where they should act without a court order.
