# IGO curative rights

Planned changes to the UDRP and URS for intergovernmental organizations such as United Nations agencies. They would let these bodies file a case without accepting the courts of any country, with arbitration as the route for appeal. The ICANN Board approved the policy, and it is still being put in place.
