# PICDRP

Public Interest Commitment Dispute Resolution Procedure

A procedure for complaints that a gTLD registry is breaking its Public Interest Commitments. These are promises written into Specification 11 of its Registry Agreement, such as rules against abuse. ICANN reviews the complaint first and can send it to a standing panel.
