# Reveal Day

The day ICANN publishes the new gTLD applications in a round. In the 2026 Round it was 7 October 2026, for 1,616 of the 1,663 applications filed. The list shows applicants, strings with variants and replacements, public application details and the first contention sets. A replacement period from 8 to 21 October came before String Confirmation Day.
