# RSS

Really Simple Syndication

A web feed format that lets a site publish its latest articles in a standard file. Readers follow the feed in an app and see new items without visiting the site. Many news sites and blogs about domains offer RSS feeds. In DNS texts, RSS can also mean the Root Server System.
