# SSAD

System for Standardized Access/Disclosure

A proposed central system through which accredited users would ask for hidden gTLD registration data, recommended by EPDP Phase 2 in 2020. It was never built. ICANN ran the simpler RDRS as a test instead, and on 12 March 2026 the Board declined to adopt the SSAD recommendations, returning the work to the GNSO.
