Reverse Domain Name Hijacking

L'uso in mala fede della UDRP per tentare di sottrarre un dominio al suo legittimo titolare. Un panel può dichiarare che un ricorso costituisce RDNH: è una constatazione pubblica contro il ricorrente, ma secondo la UDRP non comporta alcuna sanzione economica.
