# All three-letter .si domains now registered, tracking tool shows

Someone built a free tool that tracks every possible three-letter domain name ending in .si, Slovenia's country domain. It found that all 17,576 combinations are now taken, with the last one registered on October 9. The tool shows investors bought up these short domains because they are cheap to renew compared to similar .ai domains.

A newly built analytics tool tracking three-letter domain names under Slovenia's .si country code shows that every possible combination has now been registered. There are 17,576 such three-letter combinations in total, and the final one to be claimed was tmc.si, registered on October 9, 2026. Just weeks earlier, in late September, a partial check of the namespace found thousands of these domains still available.

The tool presents the data through bar charts and donut charts, covering activity in recent weeks as well as historical trends dating back to 1992, when ijs.si became the first three-letter .si domain registered. Its creator says domain investors have largely driven the sell-out, since .si domains cost roughly 10 to 11 dollars and offer better return potential than comparable three-letter .ai domains, which carry much higher renewal fees.

The tool also highlights which registrars host the most three-letter .si domains, with Dynadot currently the most popular, and which marketplace lists the most of these domains for sale, led by Spaceship. The creator notes that these registrar and marketplace classifications are based on observed DNS infrastructure rather than verified ownership or sales activity. Data updates are planned on a weekly basis going forward.
