# pessoas jurídicas e pessoas físicas

Pessoa física é um ser humano, e pessoa jurídica é uma empresa ou outra organização. O RGPD protege os dados pessoais das pessoas, não os dados sobre empresas. A política da ICANN permite que os registradores de gTLDs tratem as duas de forma diferente ao publicar dados de registro, mas não os obriga a isso.
