# приобретение регистратуры

Сделка, в которой компания покупает оператора реестра либо один или несколько его TLD. Для gTLD сделка требует и договорного шага: ICANN должна одобрить передачу Соглашения об администрировании реестра покупателю или смену контроля над оператором. Такие сделки регулярно попадают в отраслевые новости.
