# ACPA

《反域名抢注消费者保护法》

美国1999年的一部法律，允许商标所有人起诉为借他人商标牟利而恶意注册域名的人。法院可以下令转移域名并判给损害赔偿。与UDRP不同，它通过美国法院适用。
