美国互联网号码注册管理机构

北美地区的区域互联网注册管理机构（RIR）：在该地区分配IP地址和网络号码的非营利机构。它管理的是号码，而不是域名。它每年4月和10月各举办一次公共政策与成员会议，也可以远程参加。
