# 垂直整合

同一家公司同时拥有注册管理机构和注册服务机构的情况。ICANN曾将这两种角色分开，但在2010年，董事会取消了新通用顶级域交叉所有权的禁令。现行规则仍要求注册管理机构平等对待所有注册服务机构。一些较早的合同仍保留相关限制。
