# DISPUTE标记

注册管理机构DENIC应证明自己可能对某个.de域名享有权利的人的请求，在该域名上添加的标记。此后，在冲突（通常经由法院）解决期间，持有人不能转移该域名。如果持有人删除该域名，域名将直接转给该请求人。该标记免费，有效期一年，可以延长。
