# DNS滥用应对框架

一批注册管理机构和注册服务机构于2019年首次签署的自愿声明。它将DNS滥用界定为恶意软件、僵尸网络、网络钓鱼、网址嫁接以及用于传播它们的垃圾邮件，并承诺签署方对其采取行动。它还列出了少数几类网站内容，签署方在没有法院命令的情况下也应对其采取行动。
