# .es域名争议解决程序

西班牙注册管理机构Red.es为.es域名制定的诉讼外程序。它以UDRP为模式并作了修改：保护的在先权利种类更多，例如个人姓名和公共机构名称，而且只要注册或使用中有一项存在恶意即可。
