# 恶意

通过域名不正当地利用他人商标的意图。典型迹象包括：注册域名是为了卖给商标所有人、阻止商标所有人注册、损害竞争对手，或通过混淆吸引访问者。UDRP要求注册和使用两方面都存在恶意。
