# 法人与自然人

自然人是指人，法人是指公司或其他组织。《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）保护的是个人的个人数据，而不是关于公司的数据。ICANN政策允许gTLD注册服务机构在公布注册数据时对二者区别对待，但不强制要求这样做。
