# 赋权社群

ICANN社群团体借以对董事会行使权力的法律实体。其成员包括地址支持组织、ccNSO、GNSO、ALAC和GAC。它们可以共同否决预算和《章程》修改，并罢免董事会成员。它成立于2016年。
