# 合法利益

《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）中处理个人数据的一项法律依据。当商标所有人或安全研究人员请求获取隐藏的注册数据时，注册服务机构可以依据它进行披露。在此之前，它必须逐案权衡请求方的利益与注册人的隐私权。公共机关在履行公务时不能依据这一理由。
