# 合作协议

Verisign与美国政府机构NTIA之间的一项长期协议。除其他事项外，它限制Verisign上调.com批发价格的幅度，并禁止Verisign担任.com注册服务机构。它与Verisign同ICANN签订的.com合同并行存在。
