# 厚注册管理机构

为每个域名保存完整注册数据（包括持有人联系信息）而不只是技术数据的注册管理机构。大多数通用顶级域都属于这种模式。ICANN的一项政策曾要求.com、.net和.jobs转为厚注册模式，但其执行于2019年被推迟。2025年8月21日，《注册数据政策》取代了该政策。
