# 可采取行动的证据

根据ICANN合同，使注册管理机构或注册服务机构有义务针对DNS滥用采取行动的证明标准。合同本身没有对其作出定义，但ICANN的一份通告作了解释。公司需要掌握足够可靠的信息（来自举报或自行核查），才能合理地认定某个域名被用于滥用。含糊或缺乏依据的举报达不到这一标准。
