# 临时规范

ICANN董事会于2018年5月通过的紧急规则，使通用顶级域注册管理机构和注册服务机构既能履行合同，又能遵守《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）。这些规则使WHOIS中的大部分个人数据被隐藏。它们于2019年到期，随后先后由过渡性政策和永久性政策接替。
