非商业利益相关方团体

GNSO内部代表gTLD域名非商业用户（如个人、慈善机构和学者）的团体。它常为隐私、言论自由和注册人权利发声。它有两个成员团体，即利益群体：非商业用户利益群体和非营利运营关注利益群体。
