# PDDRP

商标授权后争议解决程序

允许商标所有人对新通用顶级域注册管理运行机构本身提起案件的程序，而不是针对单个域名持有人。当注册管理机构被指从商标滥用中获利或鼓励商标滥用时适用，无论滥用发生在顶级域字符串中，还是在其下注册的名称中。
