# Picket Fence

对ICANN可通过共识政策向注册管理机构和注册服务机构施加哪些要求所设界限的非正式名称。它们的合同列出了此类政策可以涉及的主题。《ICANN章程》也列出了这些主题，注册服务机构的在附件G-1中，注册管理机构的在附件G-2中。超出该清单的任何事项都需要修改合同，而不能通过政策实现。
