# 权利或合法利益

在UDRP案件中，持有人拥有某个域名的正当理由。例如，在收到争议通知之前对域名进行了真实的商业使用，或有可证明的使用准备；或者持有人因这一名称而广为人知。不以误导消费者或为牟利而玷污商标为目的的合法非商业使用或合理使用也算在内。只要证明其中一项，投诉即告失败。
