# RIR

区域互联网注册管理机构

负责分配IP地址和网络号码的五个非营利机构之一。每个机构负责一个区域：非洲、亚太、北美、拉丁美洲和加勒比，或欧洲及中东和中亚。它们管理的是号码，而不是域名。它们共同组成号码资源组织，并通过地址支持组织参与ICANN。
