ICANN的一项计划，帮助资源有限、符合条件的申请人申请新gTLD。支持可包括降低评估费、顾问协助，以及在ICANN拍卖中使用的竞价抵扣额度。获得支持资格并不意味着gTLD申请本身获得批准。
